As far as I can tell, it does not contain artificial red dye, which is a plus. It is also free of soy, which is good since my husband cannot use soy.

I started with this brand and was happy and then started looking at other brands to compare. After several years of doing this I keep coming back to this brand and its found easily in the stores. I went over a lot of forums discussing the best brands, and it seemed like as long as the main ingredient was sourced from Kaneka, it was good. This priced better and the description says Kaneka. Subtracting 1 point since I won't know how much it helped with the egg quality until the actual process is over.

I feel the difference in quicker energy response as well as longer lasting results. I have not found a better form of CoQ10 that works as well. Have shared with friends who take statins and they all have said they feel a major difference when taking it.
