If I do not take it for 2 days in a row, for any reason, I clearly see the energy benefit it gives the other days. My only problem with it is gelatin. I use quite a few other supplements with no gelatin and I really wonder why Quten cannot make it gelatin-free. Veg capsules are also cheap these days.

Unfortunately I was recently diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis and have been trying to clean out any ingredients that could cause problems for me. I was disappointed to find 2 ingredients in your capsules that could cause problems for me. Polysorbate 80 and and Sorbitol have been implicated as potential triggers for IBD and substances that I should avoid. I don't understand why there needs to be an artificial sweetener and a filler in a capsule that is swallowed and not chewed. I am afraid I will not be able to continue to use it as I clean up my system.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When my doctor first prescribed Lipitor to lower my cholesterol, my pharmacist suggested adding CoQ10 to my daily medicine intake. He also said the ubiquinol form found in Qunol was the best for absorption and that it would replace the CoQ10 that Lipitor removes. Even though I have to use medicine to lower my cholesterol, it is nice to know that my body doesn't have to suffer the negative effects of the medicine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Given that reduced Q10 (ubiquinol) is stated to be the better version to take, I've used this product for some time. It's tough to notice a difference after taking it, but as with a lot of supplements, the benefit isn't something you feel directly, as much as what won't happen. I'm not taking statins currently, but keeping Q10 levels up still seems to be a good idea (especially when you're 70 and still working). And one other (big) thing: Qunol's price is right! Most other Q10 supps are FAR more expensive. Keep it up (or down)!
