I stopped using this for a few weeks to see if there was a difference. They started to return. I am very happy with the results. I looked at other brands and none of them compared with the ingredients in Qunol.

So, although it might be too early to see if Qunol actually lowers my LDL or not remains to be seen. However, at the next six month check up we shall see! I believe healthy supplements are effective. My Cardiologist recommended that I take the Qunol® Mega Ubiquinol CoQ10 explaining that it was highly absorbable and I have been taking it for about four years now.
