My doctor continues to support this supplement and I will continue on taking it for a long time to come. However, I find the capsule easy to swallow despite its large size. I would prefer to take two smaller ones instead of one large caps if that were an option, though.

A friend of my father's spent money that equals thousands of dollars on it every year. Ten years ago, my father in China had a stent installed, and my mother has always had irregular heartbeat. Besides, my mother in law also has cardio-vascular problems. Consulting the doctors, I decided to bring them Co-Q10 from the US. When I was considering product brands, Qunol was the first that came to my mind. It's a great product that is more effective and easier to be absorbed. Whenever I visit my parents or in-laws, I buy a LOT! Not only for my family, but as gifts for friends and relatives. Another great thing about it is it's not heavy at all -- highly compacted. My mother told me that her irregular heartbeat has totally disappeared and my father has just celebrated his 82nd birthday. He is still very agile and works on his financial investment every day!
