Without taking a good dose of this, I can’t really get out of bed and I just walk around slowly and sluggishly throughout the day. But this gives me energy to live my life and work. When I stop taking it , my muscles also begin to hurt if I am using them to maximum strength.

After turning 50 I switched to ubiquinol about 7 or 8 years ago I found Qunol Ubiquinol and it became my favorite. My wife's doctor advised her to start taking CoQ10 a few years ago. As she recently turned 50 I started her on Qunol Ubiquinol too. Mind you neither one of us have heart problems and we both want to do the best we can to keep it that way.

However the last bottle I bought I noticed each pill had an oily feel. I finally dumped the bottle and found that 11 pills had a pimple like blister on them. Two were leaking and nine just had the pimple. I have never had this happen and to have so many in one bottle is unacceptable. Your quality control is definitely slipping. There are lots of different types and brands and dosages out there. This was easy to understand label, and good value of what you get for the price. They are easy to swallow and I haven't had any side effects or anything so all good for me!
