Qunol especially fills the bill because it is the active, water and fat soluble form of CoQ10, so it is much more absorbable, and I am not wasting my money. The 100mg size is just right, and the 120 capsules are good for a 4 month supply.

However, after an appointment with my internist, she strongly suggested that I change to Qunol since it's not only a much better product but is absorbed by the body in a more efficient manner. Previously, I believed that a vitamin was a vitamin, a mineral was a mineral, and so forth, not particularly paying attention to brand names. My doctor said that this may be the case with some products, but with CoQ10, the brand name does make a difference. Yes, it's more expensive, but Qunol works so much better than any other brand.
