Without taking a good dose of this, I can’t really get out of bed and I just walk around slowly and sluggishly throughout the day. But this gives me energy to live my life and work. When I stop taking it , my muscles also begin to hurt if I am using them to maximum strength.

After turning 50 I switched to ubiquinol about 7 or 8 years ago I found Qunol Ubiquinol and it became my favorite. My wife's doctor advised her to start taking CoQ10 a few years ago.
