So, when my wife insisted that I try Qunol because it is absorbed much better as it actually dissolves in water. There are other brands out there but this one offers what everyone should be looking for in their purchase. Water and Fat soluble for superior absorption in the body. Also I take Turmeric everyday. After some research reading CoQ10 and Turmeric work well together. So everyday I take them both at the same time.
