I was using regular Coq10 before , and when I switched as my doctor's advice to Qunol Ubiquinol I have great improvement . It is very effective and I recommend it to every person with heart problems.

A few years ago I had severe muscle fatigue and depleted levels of CoQ10 from taking a low dose of simvistatin. I asked my doctor if he would give me a CPK blood test and he didn't know what it was. The test is to show muscle fatigue caused by statin use...I tested very low.I took Ubiqunol and after several months it brought my levels back to normal. Thanks Qunol!!!

I don't know why -- is it the easier absorption? It may also help that I only take the supplement -- 100 mg of ubiquinol -- every other day. And I skip it on days when I cannot be as physically active.

When I dumped out all the softgels on my countertop, I noticed that they had clumped together and were partially disolved with what looks like foreign matter. See my photos

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I take more then 400mg daily. The bottle 100mg for 120 days, wow, most people take more then 100mg daily to benefit from it. The soft-gel is costly but contains, NO SOY!!!! and other bad fillers, GREAT. I need a way to get it cheaper. The product is great from my research and absorbs better then most COQ10. Keep the writing Large and dark on light back ground, we older people have vision problems.
