Upon discovering the Qunol Mega Ubiquinol, I began to use it. I noticed an increase in my energy and thought process over that of the previous brand of CoEnzyme Q10 that I was taking. I continue to use it and recommend it to my friends who take statin meds and others also.

My legs have ached when I was tired since I was small. If I did a heavy workout, they ached badly enough that I was unable to sleep. Once I started taking Ubiquinol, the appearance of my skin was restored to normal. I take one in the morning & one in the evening. My legs feel do not ache and I sleep well without the distraction of pain.

I take mine at night after dinner and typically do not eat anything until 12 hours later, giving my body plenty of time to absorb it and for my complete system to rest. I am a believer in this product contributing to my increased energy and overall healthy life. I just bought my 2nd bottle 2 days ago and fully intend to continue using this product longterm. It's an investment in preventive medicine.

Not sure how to describe it other than it's like a natural increase of energy that lasts all day. From what I understand, it's good for the mitochondria in every cell in your body.
