[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently read a medical article that said high-absorption CoQ10 ("ubiquinol") was more effective for heart and brain health compared to both regular CoQ10 ("ubiquinone") and/or traditional Omega-3 supplements. This caused me to stop taking my fish oil and re-start CoQ10. In the past - not knowing there was a difference - I had been taking ubiquinone, but I'm very pleased now to know that I'm getting the best absorption of this important supplement.
