This is a superior form of Co-Q 10 that digests easily and does not have to be converted from ubiquinone. It is already in the most absorbable form for the body to use. Today I bought the "Ultra CoQ10" by this manufacturer. It is supposed to give 3X the absorption rate of the "Mega" Qunol brand.

I ended up going back to the pill version, as it didn't need refrigeration and was easy to swallow, with none of the aftertaste associated with the liquid version. I'll continue to buy this version of the product, happily.
