I first began taking it on advice I heard that if one is taking a statin drug, one should also take a CoQ10 supplement. When my doctor took me off the statin drug, I continued to take the product as part of my regiment of supplements. It's easy to swallow and doesn't upset my stomach. I would recommend it.

Many years ago i read the difference between ubiquinone and ubiquinol , and decided to use the ubiquinol. over the years i have seen the ads for Qunol and wondered whether i should try this product. i am so happy that i finally did, a few years ago. This definitely IS a superior product and a much better value than what i was getting at the vitamin stores. Qunol is definitely my go-to Coenzyme Q-10 and will continue to be! I started taking CoQ10 and it dropped to 199 for quite awhile. Once I started Qunol it dropped to 166! My doctor is ecstatic. I'm sure that the Qunol had a big part in that drop.
