I went over a lot of forums discussing the best brands, and it seemed like as long as the main ingredient was sourced from Kaneka, it was good. This priced better and the description says Kaneka. Subtracting 1 point since I won't know how much it helped with the egg quality until the actual process is over.

The best form is Ubiquinol for much better absorption within the body. I tak a statin for high cholesterol and this is the most effective CoQ10 form I have found to reduce muscle pain when taking the statin drug. It works.

I have cardiomyopathy and been taking regular Coq10 for years! A few months ago I decide to try this product instead, nd it took a few weeks to feel the difference but I did!!!!
