Unfortunately, my doctor did NOT tell me about Qunol. I did some research on my own, and found out that MOST doctors recommend taking Qunol along with statins. After only a week of taking Qunol, my muscle pain was reduced, and eventually, it was totally gone after a month. Thank you Qunol -- !!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I went for a physical and was told I was boarding high blood pressure and I needed to speak with my primary care about it. I did some research and found CoQ10 could reduce blood pressure. So I went a purchased a bottle, went back to update my physical and pressure was down over 10 points on both numbers. I have a machine to test at home and it was down again so overall 15 points in about 7 days. I will continue to take and keep record to see if I maintain a lower level.

He was so in emphatic about it, that he told me not to take the statin if I ran out. I tried saving money buying a cheaper brand, and was feeling aches and minor pain anyway. So I doubled up. Still, no difference. Then I switched to Qunol, and the aches and pains stopped about a week later. That’s when I learned how important ABSORPTION is when taking supplements. Thank Qunol!
