I was taking Ubiquinol along with regular CoQ10 and was elated when I saw this combination in one supplement.

I tried some of the cheaper products but decided to use this brand after reading the reviews. I can't tell how much is being absorbed by my body, so I just have to trust that this manufacturer is being upfront about their claims of a higher absorption rate. Today I bought the "Ultra CoQ10" by this manufacturer. It is supposed to give 3X the absorption rate of the "Mega" Qunol brand.

I ended up going back to the pill version, as it didn't need refrigeration and was easy to swallow, with none of the aftertaste associated with the liquid version. I'll continue to buy this version of the product, happily.

When I was prescribed statins to help lower it, I began experiencing severe leg pain and muscle weakness. I was very concerned when I read that statins may cause irreversible muscle damage.
