After a physical he reviewed my blood report and found I didn't have the right amount of magnesium. Magnesium Oxide isn't a true form of magnesium while COQ10 isn't the best form. I switched to Qunol Ubiquinol the active form of CoQ10 after he recommended it. I am 45 and take no medication while millions of Americans my age or younger are stuck on prescriptions. My blood pressure is excellent and I plan on taking Qunol Ubiquinol for many decades to come!

If you or a loved one is susceptible to cold, fatigued, etc, this is an important aid. I got it to help my dad. I warned him not to take it before bed as the effects are very noticeable. He tool it before bed ( a 100mg) and couldn't sleep. Excellent for fighting fatigue and cold! I've tried several brands and this is the best so far.

Does it make us feel better -- happier, more energetic? I don't know, don't care. That isn't the point. We don't take the product with some expectation of euphoria or expectation of looking in the mirror and suddenly seeing no wrinkles. I take this with the same mindset that I take all supplements: That in the long term constant use will prevent or mitigate disease or deterioration, that it will stop or reduce the rate of deterioration of the body. When compared to any other form of CoQ10 you will find that the superior absorption quality of Qunol is exactly what you want in a supplement. Perhaps, but not likely, a stronger dose of a fat only absorption of another CoQ10 might provide the dosage you need, but why mess around. However one of the short comings of most "CQ10" brands is the "slow, or lack of" absorption into the body. After questioning health consultants and doing a bit of research I have determined that Qunol seems to have solved the absorption problem. I know the benefits of taking CO Q 10, and now I can be assured that I will receive those benefits more efficiently with Qunol.

I started taking 100mg of COQ10; however it was not Qunol. There was no change in my energy level. I started taking 200mg of Qunol Mega COQ10 each morning.
