It has helped with the bypass and the energy that I seem to have has helped my bowling. I wear a back-pack oxygen maker to give me 02 and during bowling it seems to work well. Im very active and CoQ10 Mega seems to work for me.

Although pills are rather large, they are extremely easy to swallow. My last check indicated my cardiovascular and heart were in better shape than my previous visits. I have not positive proof Qunol is helping, as I have not stopped taking it, but I truly believe it has helped my overall health. I will be taking this product for quite some time.

After turning 50 I switched to ubiquinol about 7 or 8 years ago I found Qunol Ubiquinol and it became my favorite. My wife's doctor advised her to start taking CoQ10 a few years ago. As she recently turned 50 I started her on Qunol Ubiquinol too. Mind you neither one of us have heart problems and we both want to do the best we can to keep it that way.

Have been on statins for years and have tried all to determine which was most efficient for me....problem was their side effects were very problematic.....leg cramping and very susceptible toppling muscles during activity. Was introduced to Ubiquinol about 2-3 years ago and have basically eliminated cramping...take between 4-6 pills daily!
