I started taking the Quinol and am now taking the statin every other day now. My cholesterol has been lowered, my LDL is lower but my good cholesterol is higher. I attribute this to the Quinol I am on. Before Quinol, there had been no change in my HDL. I have blood labs done every three months.

So I take Qunol to replace my CoQ10 that is being blocked by CRESTOR. I really like the taste of the liquid . But it is not practical when traveling. So Qunol jell caps are the way to go.

Researching alternative therapies because of my allergy to most of the heart failure medications, I found studies that suggested C0Q10 helped alleviate heart failure in some people. Initially, I took a generic CoQ10, but it did not help. In February 2019, I found this Qunol Mega Ubiquinol CoQ10 product and started taking it instead.
