Formerly I took Lisinopril, which escalate my sugar level and caused various problems. I have been on Ubiquinol for 6 month and my Blood Pressure has never been better. I also have CRPS and the Ubiquinol certainly helps with the inflammation in my left fibula, resulting in decreased pain and better sleep at nights. Instead of waking up three times and being unable to return to sleep, I sleep through the nights. Such a difference. I will always take Ubiquinol and I will introduce my daughter to it. I used to work at a health food company and the Ubiquinol product we sold wasn't nearly as good as this product. It absorbs really well and it's pointless to take a CoQ10 product that doesn't absorb.
