I had used other brands before, and even Qunol's Ultra formulation (which i liked) some years ago, but this was my first use of the mega formulation. I wasn't specifically expecting an effect on energy level, but believed it could have a gradual positive contribution to health. So, I was surprised to feel a small change by the next day! I woke with noticeable relief of the harshest grinding edge of my daily exhaustion. I feel steady, incremental increase in daily energy since then.
