I researched what was so important about CoQ10 and how and why it is best used. I chose this product over all for the processing used in the manufacture and availability of a quality controlled over the counter type purchase. Its hard to say one notices any specific difference from day to day, week to week, but blood pressure has decreased - along with my increase in ongoing exercise and diet alterations, and I will continue to keep this product in my dietary regime.
