[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I take this once a day with a meal, like most supplements, to improve absorption and to counter the negative effects of a Statin medication. I think this preparation is much better for bioavailability than others being sold on the market. Meaning, this preparation is much better absorbed and actually available for the body to use vs taking a generic CoQ10 supplement but it just passes right through you body. I know it's more expensive but as is said, "you get what you pay for" and as a provider, I know this is a superior product.

I chose Qunol because of the research done on absorption and quality of this brand. So far it has kept me from having any adverse side effects on this new Statin. I've recommended it to countless friends. I don't know enough about the mechanics or biology behind what makes this product so amazing. What I do know is that the few times I've run out, I've experienced a definite increase in aches and pains.
