Small dose of 'high-absorption' form nutrient is far better than high dose of low-absorption nutrient. (Even better if that particular high-absorption supplement is also high enough in dosage) What I love about this bottle is that it's both fat and water soluble. You may not need 'high absorption' CoQ10 IF you can ALWAYS take it during an oily meal, but this is not an easy task. I'd rather not get stressed over my diet and enjoy the freedom from high absorption supp. If you are 'someone under 40' or '(biologically) young woman in her 10s or 20s trying to impregnate', you may not need this for yourself unless your medical professional recommends CoQ 10 for specific reasons. Otherwise, CoQ 10 is the sidekick for our cell's energy factory called mitochondria. (e.g. ovum has the HIGHEST number of mitochondria among human cells. Creating a baby requires energy).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am terribly disappointed. My doctor recommended that I use Ubiqionol instead of CoQ10 because of the increased absorption capability. Imagine my disappointment when I opened the bottle and all of the softgels were stuck together in such a tight lump that I absolutely cannot get them out of the bottle.
