I was averaging 140/75 and had what is called isolated systolic high blood pressure. Within a couple of weeks of taking this it has dropped to 128/79. Along with a better diet and training this has definitely helped and I will continue to use it long term.

Due to allergies, I had to search for ubiquinol my body would accept and process. Qunol fit the bill for me and, in combination with the other supplements recommended, has helped with my knee issues. It is a good product for me. There is a liquid version that I prefer, also made by Qunol, because my body seems to absorb it better. The softgels are great for convenience and work very well for me.
