After turning 50 I switched to ubiquinol about 7 or 8 years ago I found Qunol Ubiquinol and it became my favorite. My wife's doctor advised her to start taking CoQ10 a few years ago. As she recently turned 50 I started her on Qunol Ubiquinol too. Mind you neither one of us have heart problems and we both want to do the best we can to keep it that way.

This form is by far the most effective, best absorption way of ensuring ones CoQ10 levels don't drop while taking other supplements. Also great prevention for heart issues down the road ;-)

I actually watched them dissolve another product I used in a glass next to a glass with the Qunol brand and the rate of absorbtion was remarkable enough to make me switch to this brand!
