[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Mega Ubiquinol CoQ10 is perfect for me since I have allergies to eggs, and glutie. I take this supplement to regulate my blood pressure. Formerly I took Lisinopril, which escalate my sugar level and caused various problems. I have been on Ubiquinol for 6 month and my Blood Pressure has never been better. I also have CRPS and the Ubiquinol certainly helps with the inflammation in my left fibula, resulting in decreased pain and better sleep at nights. Instead of waking up three times and being unable to return to sleep, I sleep through the nights. Such a difference. I will always take Ubiquinol and I will introduce my daughter to it. I have problems with inflammation and my doctor recommended I take ubiquinol to help my inflammation because it is a powerful antioxidant. Qunol ubiquinol also gives me extra energy to get through the day. I take one 100 mg. capsule every morning with my multivitamin after breakfast.
