Rather than reading one or two articles and jumping on the bandwagon with new trends or fads in supplements, I do extensive study on the subject on a long list of credible websites. One's health is so important that I won't begin adding chemicals and compounds to my body without careful study and consideration. Yes I have found that CoQ10 is a necessary supplement at my age (70), and especially with a family history of cardio-vascular issues and taking prescription statins. The Other Ingredients are OK with the exception of sorbitol and polysorbate 80. There are not a lot of fillers. A good product at a great price.

Qunol® Mega Ubiquinol, 100 mg is what I chose and I have not regretted it. Today I still see my cardiologist every three to four months and I have a stress test every other year. I am doing great and have had no problems in these 18 years. I attribute a lot of this to the Qunol.
