We each take one capsule per day.

He told me to also use Qunol COQ10 because again drug depletes the vitamins in your system. With Qunol it replaces the vitamins the stains deplete. I have been using Qunol COQ10 for about 10 years now.

I ended up going back to the pill version, as it didn't need refrigeration and was easy to swallow, with none of the aftertaste associated with the liquid version. Time and time again Qunol is ranked in the Top Five by sources I consult and that makes me completely comfortable in my use of it. If I had to find anything negative at all it might be that the relatively large size of the softgels could be intimidating to some folks but it shouldn't! These Qunol CoQ10 softgels are so smooth that they go down easily every single time.

I really don't know how one would know if it's working since it's not like an overnight reaction. However, I have been taking this product for quite a while and I seem to be doing well.
