In the first nine months my bad cholesterol dropped 45 points. I monitor my heart and blood stats regularly and every measurement is within range and I am quite healthy. I'm in my mid 70's and don't need any prescription drugs.

I use to take COQ10 but after looking into this product I found out that it is much more water and fat soluble, hence absorbs more than the latter product I took. When picking up my prescription one day the pharmacist recommended I take COQ10 to alleviate muscle cramping, so I started taking it. By two weeks or so the cramps were few and far between. Now the cramps have all but disappeared.
