Best brand on the market as far as I am concern. This version is ubiquinol which is absorbed directly into the body. Many coq10s are ubiquitone which have to be processed and turned into ubiquinol. As you get older you produce less of coq10 in your body. If you take a statin even more. CoQ10 is an antioxidant that your body produces naturally. Your cells use it for growth and maintenance.

However, the last two bottles have had problems with the red coating. It turns sticky and bubbles. The pills stick together and hard to get out of the bottle. We have stopped buying it because of these. I'm not sure whether you changed the coating on it but we will never buy it again. We now use another CoQ10 product which doesn’t the coating doesn't turn sticky

It is easy to swallow it has a nice smell. My cats even enjoy the smell. They hear me open the bottle and they have to come over to get their daily smell. I like how this product comes in different options. Meaning I usually get the bigger bottle. I have recommended this product to many friend and coworkers. I just saw recently they have gummies and also have Turmeric now. I will be adding this to my regime soon.
