I had been using ultra C-Q10 for a number of years to increase my level of energy. But read that at a certain age your body does not absorb vitamins and similar products as well as it use to so I switched to Ubiquinol which the article recommended. Chose your product because of such good reviews. I like to read about products before I try them out.
