I was on the low end of acceptable. Stateted taking this product and next test 6 months later was in the healthy range.

My friend researched and started taking it 3xday and his ejection fraction kept going up to almost normal and no longer was in heart failure. I know I'll feel more energy after I drink a couple ounces so it take it in the morning. I leave the little measuring cup next to the fridge. If I run out I miss it and notice the energy decline. It helps my chronic fatigue. I'm glad it's good for my arteries and heart and absorbable therefore not wasted. Thanks for this product.

With Qunol, the nagging chest pain dissipated. Sometimes, your body needs a little support and that is what you get, from Qunol!

As a result, I pierce it, squeeze the contents onto peanut butter to make it more palatable, and take it that way. Not a big deal, considering the results of the product!

It is difficult to ensure that we get enough antioxidants in our daily diets to help us be healthy. So why take an antioxidant that isn't rapidly absorbed and, therefore, not working at a high level? I like that COq10 is fast absorbing, has no after taste, and is easy to take each day with my regular vitamin regimen.
