They both said that it should go hand and hand when people are prescribed statins. Which they know lowers your COQ10 levels. Ubiquinol is more easily absorbed by your body. I continue to recommend it to family and friends.

The Qunol ubiquinol has helped tremendously. I only take 100mg with my simvastatin daily. The Qunol brand is used excusively by me and it is reasonably priced compared to other brands.

I bought the 100 mg size because the 300mg size I bought last week was too big to swallow. Now that I have opened my bottle and see the 100 mg size is almost the same huge size! And when I checked the ingredients I see that you add palm oil which not only makes the size huge but adds to the serious problem of deforestation! My husband loves your liquid Qunol and I see that there is no palm oil in that product. I wish you would leave it out of your pills too. I will sadly be returning my bottle. Let me know when you make an appropriate sized 100mg
