I was having heart problems and when the nuclear heart specialist suggested that I take the CoQ10, I was amazed how much better I felt within a week of taking it. My heart rhythm went back to normal and I have since been told that they can NOT find anything wrong with my heart...that is so exciting for me since I've lost some family members to heart disease. The order was delivered very quickly and shaking the bottle the pills sounded large which worried me, but the size is not too big and goes down easy. I wasn’t familiar with your products and coming to the website you have many other products I would be interested in especially the 2000mg Omega 3. I am low in that and need a high dose, which isn’t always easy to find. Thank you!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started using Ubiquinol CoQ10 several years ago to correct my irregular heart beat. When I take 400 mg a day, I rarely experience any heart fluttering, and if I do, it is very brief. If I do not take the CoQ10, then I can have a long lasting heart flutter multiple times a week. I have a niece with the same heart condition I have who got surgery and has worried much about her condition. I don't worry one bit; just take the 400 mg CoQ10 and my heart is just fine and my energy levels stay up. And this is a great product because better absorption makes a huge difference. Also, about 5 years ago I had gum replacement surgery. The doctor was amazed at how fast my gum tissue grew back on the roof of my mouth after the surgery. I told him I had taken 600 mg of CoQ10 a day for 6 weeks (beginning 2 weeks before the surgery and throughout recovery). He took note because my gum growth was remarkable. And by following his orders and refraining from exercise during that time (except for gentle walks 2 weeks after surgery), I had no bleeding as well. I also have so little discomfort after surgery that I did not buy or take the RX for pain he had given me--only took one regular dose of Tylenol ONCE when I first got home. (I'm a 48 year old female.)

I take other medications and i can be assured that it will dissolve and get into my blood stream helping with my heart health quickly. It does not interfere with my other meds. He is taking one pill in the morning and we are thinking of adding another pill at night in a few months. CoQ10 levels decrease with age and it takes a lot to help restore the balance mother nature used to provide. So far he (and I) are happy with this form of Ubiqunol and plan to continue forever!!

I added this supplement and now - like magic- the aches and pains are gone. Statins use up CoQ10 in the muscles. This replaces it. I'm a believer and wouldn't be without it!
