I know I'll feel more energy after I drink a couple ounces so it take it in the morning. I leave the little measuring cup next to the fridge. If I run out I miss it and notice the energy decline. This product is the natural method of absorbtion not requiring conversion to be useful to the body. If you are over 50, you may be flushing your regular CoQ10 down the drain without being beneficial to your heart.
