I walk 5 miles, 5 days a week, and I take 3 yoga classes a week. I also take a statin. A doctor friend once stated that he didn't know why physicians did not recommend CoQ10 if they prescribe a statin. I've taken Qunol every since.

It certainly isn't because of my diet choices, or exercise routine. I heard about this years ago on the Dr Oz show and have faithfully take it since.

When picking up my prescription one day the pharmacist recommended I take COQ10 to alleviate muscle cramping, so I started taking it. By two weeks or so the cramps were few and far between. Now the cramps have all but disappeared.

My mom passed away from congestive heart failure ; my 94 yo Dad also has CHF and I also gotten him to take Mega CoQ10. Although I'm not taking any statins, I know CoQ10 production decreases with age -- so I have been taking Mega CoQ10 to boost my CoQ10 levels to protect my heart.

My circulation has improved and I've experienced a sense of well-being. Part of it, I believe, relates to the additional health benefits of the MCT oil in the gel cap. The size of the gel cap is a little large for some, but it goes down easy and there is no after taste. With the other CoQ10 tablets, if I stopped taking them for a week or so, it was no big deal -- I felt no improvement while taking them and no difference when I stopped taking them. However, with Qunol, I notice the difference within a few days, usually after I finished the bottle and haven't gone to the store. Fortunately, there is a store that carries Qunol products nearby. I have recommended this product to my friends, especially those with health conditions that effect the heart and vascular systems and those who are not seeing results with another CoQ10 product.
