I did some research and found out I needed COQ10. After my statin drug was recalled because of serious side effects, I decided to stop the statin but continued with the COQ10. I later found out about Qunol and I've been taking it ever since. I'm 86 and feel great. I owe it all to a healthy lifestyle which includes taking Qunol.

Since supplements are essentially unregulated, one has to rely on 1) whatever clinical data or rationales for taking the supplement are available and 2) the reputation of the manufacturer. Qunol's CoQ-10 seems to be positive in both regards.

At my recent yearly physical on the 2nd day of taking Qunol my Doctor said what happened your BP dropped 20 points top & bottom numbers from 130/90 to 110/70. Told him I started taking Qunol CoQ10 and he was amazed and said he normally prescribes CoQ10 for statin (high cholesterol) patients. We may stop my BP meds soon!
