I can say after taking Qunol there seemed to be an improvement in my muscular strength. Another bonus with this product....smell inside the bottle of pills and see if it smells like CHOCOLATE!

I have been taking this product for several years and have been functioning well. I ran out of the Ubiquinol and decided to order it online because it was cheaper. However, I was without for about 10 days while I waited for the delivery. After about 5 to 7 days, I started having more issues with my lower back, especially with feelings of weakness. About a week after restarting the ubiquinol, I felt the improvement. I won't be without it again!

I take one daily with my breakfast and have not experienced any negative effects. As a matter of fact I feel more energy from taking Qunol, and believe that statin drugs may cause fatigue. It was recommended to me by my nurse practitioner because I also take a statin for high cholesterol. She said that it could help with the muscle aches that sometimes happen when on a statin. It is an important part of my cardio protective regimen.

I ended up going back to the pill version, as it didn't need refrigeration and was easy to swallow, with none of the aftertaste associated with the liquid version.
