I ended up going back to the pill version, as it didn't need refrigeration and was easy to swallow, with none of the aftertaste associated with the liquid version. They say it is the only one that actually delivers, due to its ability to be easily absorbed. I can definitely tell when he has not been taking it regularly, as he is more fatigued when he doesn't take it.

After having an aortic value replacement, my Cardiologist said he wasn't a big fan of patients taking CoQ10. He didn't think it helped. I followed his lead and stopped taking for about 6 months and I noticed increased aches and pains so I started taking again on my own and shortly thereafter I felt 100% better.
