I can tell a real difference in my exercise regimen in that I have better stamina and endurance. I'm 57 years old and an avid cyclist. I have more energy and can go longer distances without fatigue. As I write this, I'm about to ride the 2018 Tour De Gap ride and race in beautiful Buffalo Gap, TX. I will definitely be taking my Qunol early in the morning before launch! I began taking Qunol for its heart benefits, because there is a history of heart disease in my family. But the extra energy and endurance have kept me taking it. Whether Qunol helped resolve those issues, I can't say for sure, but what I do know is that my liver has never been healthier, in spite of my taking statin and diabetes medication.

A band mate of mine who is a retired engineer noticed me fidgeting in my chair when we were on stage playing music at the Crown King Saloon.
