I discussed it one day with my physician because I thought I needed it because of the cholesterol med's I was on. Doctor said I didn't need to take it. I quit for about a week and felt tired and sluggish. Resumed taking Ubiquinol and my energy returned. I'm sold on it!

I have 2 family members with cognitive impairment and I'm hoping that by taking this, I can avoid or delay having the same issues. The Qunol is also thought to have heart benefits.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Take almost daily as insurance. CoQ10 is important for those taking cholesterol lowering statins as they lower your body's CoQ10 levels. I do notice I feel a little more run down and achy when I run out so I know it helps.

I was one of those people who could not tolerate statins, and Ubiquinol has helped that situation so much. I can now take a statin daily without leg cramps and leg weakness, and other side effects of the statin.

My product was manufactured and sold as ubiquinone as there was no research on the bioavailability of ubiquinol. My company was probably one of the very first to bring this product to market. I have taken it ever since and am sure it has been a life saver for me as every other male in my family has died of a heart attack, the earliest at age 53. I now take the Qunol Mega Ubiquinol CoQ10 and have for years. I get great heart health checkups at the Mao Clinic, workout hard with weight and also run. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I both take one capsule of Qunol Ubiquinol 100mg daily. This dose was recommended by each of our cardiologists, and I must say that our cardio numbers are really good now. Qunol seems to work as claimed.

I prefer taking this one since it does not have the extra things added that the Plus does. It is less convenient to take 2 pills, though.

I had a complete medical exam with an extensive blood work-up this past spring. My Dr's were very pleased with my blood chemistry levels.
