My husband goes to a functional doctor who tests for everything.....................my husband's CoQ10 level is in perfect range, so we believe that the Qunol brand really does get absorbed best by the body. We both take 100 mg. every day. Sometimes we use the Qunol liquid instead, with the same wonderful results. We believe in prevention, especially when it comes to our hearts' health!

It was recommended to me by my nurse practitioner because I also take a statin for high cholesterol. She said that it could help with the muscle aches that sometimes happen when on a statin. It is an important part of my cardio protective regimen.

Myself & 2 of my 5 pups have a heart Murmurs. My 11 & 13yr olds are now at failure but still to the surprise of the Vet doing pretty well. I have not advanced to anything much as of now & I'm 71. We all are doing pretty good I think. I started 2 of my other dogs on Ubiquinol at age 5 about 6 months ago after a check up & Doc says keep it up. The youngest on has a year & 1/2 to go before she starts it. I would buy your Turmeric but it does not have any Boiperine (Blk Pepper) or is it fermented nor is a Non GMO all very important.

I did some research and found CoQ10 could reduce blood pressure. So I went a purchased a bottle, went back to update my physical and pressure was down over 10 points on both numbers. I have a machine to test at home and it was down again so overall 15 points in about 7 days. I will continue to take and keep record to see if I maintain a lower level.
