We started with Qunol CoQ10 but when it ran out we purchased a generic brand because it was cheaper. After only about a week, my husband noticed he was feeling a little off, more aches and pains. He thought it might be the new supplement. He returned to the Qunol brand of CoQ10 and he noticed a difference in just a few doses. We continue to purchase the Qunol brand and I have added it to my daily regiment also.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I believe I was first introduced to the theory of the importance of CoQ10 years ago by reading articles written in Life Extention magazine..The thing that hit home was the fact all cells require co Q10 especially the BRAIN , MUSCLES ESPECIALLY THE HEART MUSCLE ...and our body does not manufacture as much as we age .The trend was to lower cholesterol because it was and still is theorized that high cholesterol causes heart attack. Both my husband's and my cholersterol are elevated , resultantly we have been taking statins. ..surprisingly ,None of our doctors have recommended CoQ10 . However we have consistently been taking some form of coQ 10 since being before being put on statins . We need to counteract the BAD side effects of statins as it depletes levels of CoQ10 . Because Quonol is more readily available to our cells , we switched to it from CoQ10. .

For quite a while now, my overall energy level has been slowly deteriorating. An effort to get out of bed, pretending I felt good throughout the work day, and barely making it home only to collapse.
