But now due to my age and current medications I switched to ubiquinol after studying the research. My latest lipid levels, taken only 3 weeks after beginning Qunol Mega CoQ10 Ubiquinol, 100 mg, 120 Count. That quickly demonstrated to me and my primary doctor that I had made a good choice! I mentioned to my optometrist, just last week, that I'd seen remarkable changes in my lipid levels. He said he also uses this product and is very satisfied. I cannot use statin drugs and I have a family history of high cholesterol with heart disease. I take care of myself and eat/exercise, but sometimes you just need more to help you along. This product seems to be doing the trick for me. I've also noticed more energy. Can't beat that!.

I started researching ways to prevent my possible genic disposition which led me to CoQ10 and I tried different brands but they all bothered my stomach except this Qunol. My blood work has been perfect since on it and with a careful diet and daily exercise I am hoping and praying I go do not follow in my family's footsteps and break the chain, for my kids!!
