It is an antioxidant that your body produces naturally, but I have lower levels and this is an excellent supplement. Cells use CoQ10 for growth and maintenance. Levels of CoQ10 in your body decrease as you age and I believe it is important to add a CoQ10 supplement.

The soft-gel is costly but contains, NO SOY!!!! and other bad fillers, GREAT. I need a way to get it cheaper. The product is great from my research and absorbs better then most COQ10. Keep the writing Large and dark on light back ground, we older people have vision problems.

I believe Qunol ubiquinol is the most effective form of CoQ10 on the market. Why waste money on CoQ10 products that don’t deliver the most benefit to your heart and circulatory system.
