And since I put a fair amount of credence in buyers' reviews---mostly when the number of respondents is at least triple- or quadruple-digits, the number of five-star reviews was impressively high. Most persuasive review was by a physician's wife, who said that her husband had told her to never be without this product. That sold me.

When I had my blood checked this was not the case. My doctor recommend taking CoQ10 based upon his research of how it interacts with statins. At first the cramps did not go away, however after taking CoQ10 for 3 months they appeared to have subsided. I am also taking Eliquis and am in AFIB. I am noticing that I am bruising easier. Life has it's trade offs

Soy has isoflavones which turn into phytoEstrogens which increases Estrogen production and causes breast cancer in females and the increased Estrogen causes low testosterone levels in men reducing fertility.

I was taking 400 mags a day to control my “restless Leg” problem, but with this product I can just take one rather than 4 and it controls it just fine.
