I like this easy to consume softgel format too. I used to have irregular heart beat but since I took this pill I don't have that problem for 6 months so far.

After taking CO-Q-10 for a few years, I learned of ubiquinol. After taking a different brand and type, I finally found Qunol and the 100 mg softgels. I have been very pleased with the effects and do plan to continue to use the product as long as I am medically required to take statins. I recently heard where the medical community is recommending higher dosing of Statin to control Cholesterol. I believe that confirms to me, the wisdom in continuing with taking Qunol ubiquinol.
