Despite being a pescatarian and having an active lifestyle, by the time I reached 65 my lipid levels had reached a point that concerned me. So four years ago, after doing much research through the National Library of Medicine, and after consulting my physician, I started taking this product along with red yeast rice to see if they would help. Each year since, my total cholesterol and LDL have reduced. I am now 70 years old, and had a physical last week. Both my physician and I are very happy with the latest results!
