I will know In March when I go for my blood test how much this product helped. I called the Company Qunol and asked them which one to use the red bottle or the black bottle. I have been using Mega Ubiquinol CoQ10 mg. 120 count since Dr. put me on a statin. I am also starting with Qunol Extra Strength Turmeric for inflammation.

When i opened it last week, all of the softgels were stuck together. I managed to break a few off of the pack, but then some started to break apart and the pack became a mess. I only got a few of the softgels to take. Now i don't know what to do with them. Please advise.
