Within a few weeks, I started noticing pain in my hands and knees. I talked to my doctor about this and all he would say is "You're doing great, keep it up. " After several months, the pain got worse and I noticed that I was losing weight too. Again, my doctor said that I was doing just fine and then he not only changed the statin drug that I was on but also doubled the dose! I've never taken another brand Since I found Ubiquinol 8 years ago...I won't take anything else. It takes a few weeks, but within a month I noticed a gradual shift in strength, and stamina.
