Dr. put my on a Statin for my cholesterol but everytime I worked outside some major body cramps would wake me up with some very difficult to get out of bed and walk it off. So I started only taking the Statin every other day and still had the cramps but not as severe. I read online that Qunol with Ubiquinol would help the cramps.
