Now as an older adult, I use Qunol Mega CoQ10 because of its antioxidant properties, to possibly avoid the side effects of taking statin medication, and for other research-based health benefits. Because I am older I use Qunol Mega because of its formulation, which contains ubiquinol (the active form of CoQ10). I've done quite a bit of research on CoQ10 products and believe Qunol Mega CoQ10 to be the best CoQ10 product for me.

It goes a long way to eliminating the muscle cramps that result from insufficient CoQ10. Been taking it for years. Will continue to do so.

I asked my Doctor about switching to the other drug and he said he was willing as long as I started taking CoQ10. I tried less expensive CoQ10 but it I wasn't feeling much better until I tried Qunol CoQ10. That's when I found the right chemistry. I started feeling much better with Qunol CoQ10.
