My blood work result is good, good enough Doctor have not advised a Statin drug. I am working my buns off to faithfully eat right and faithfully exercising. I am my own Patient Advocate and the last thing I want to be on is a Statin drug. .

After taking CO-Q-10 for a few years, I learned of ubiquinol. After taking a different brand and type, I finally found Qunol and the 100 mg softgels. I have been very pleased with the effects and do plan to continue to use the product as long as I am medically required to take statins. I recently heard where the medical community is recommending higher dosing of Statin to control Cholesterol. I believe that confirms to me, the wisdom in continuing with taking Qunol ubiquinol.
