[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the only CoQ10 product that does NOT have soy. My breast cancer was cause by estrogen and therefore I do not use products that any soy and this one is great. Anyone who has had breast cancer should also avoid soy in any product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Many years ago I had a dog diagnosed with cardiomyopathy and congestive heart failure. His gums were black, he had no femoral pulse, and the vet said he might live a few weeks. At the recommendation of a naturopath I have him CoQ10 and some other supplements and he lived for two more years. I have taken CoQ10 myself since then and I think it's probably one of the reasons I'm still very active at age 80. I've taken only Qunol Mega since it's been available and believe it's an excellent source of CoQ10.

Recently was sick with pneumonia and was off all vitamins and supplements and when better really felt a difference as soon as I was able to take this and a multiple vitamin again. I did not realize what a difference this made until I couldn't take it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After trying various CoQ10 products, we finally discovered Ubiquinol. Easily swallowed and readily absorbed, we now buy the softgel tablets regularly. Be sure to read the instructions about storage, though. We had our bottle on a shelf above the toaster oven - definitely not a good location!! The heat from the oven caused the bottom layer of tablets to fuse together and we lost over a dozen of them. There's no way to separate them when this happens, at least that I could discover. The gels are soft, which is obviously one of the a keys to quick and easy digestion.

My doctor said I need to go on meds like Lisinopril but I resisted and claimed I will try on my own with diet + natural supplements. I tried a few BP lowering supplements before I heard of Qunol In the meanwhile my doc convinced me to start the Losartan BP meds. About that same time I started taking the Qunol liquid, then got the capsules. In about 3 months my blood pressure was returning to normal readings, and headaches and dizziness which I sometimes experienced was gone. My average BP readings are now about 128/72 versus readings months before of 150/90. Most credit goes to the Qunol product!! a little credit to other factors: more exercise, less sugars + carbs, and less alcohol beverages. This product is great!!

But my hand surgeon told me that I should increase my dosage from 100 mg a day to 200 mg. When I found out that Ubiquinol was at least twice as effective as Q10, I immediately switched. As a 75 year old woman, I have been told that I look at least 10 years younger, and I am taking no mediation besides my Thyroid so I believe it is helping me stay healthy and enjoying life without any "old age" complications.

I started taking this Qunol CoQ10 about 2 years ago. My blood results at the time were sort of a mess. I took charge of my diet, an started taking a number of vitamin supplements that my doctor recommended. One of them was to take CoQ10. I started taking it and after about a month my Doctor told me to just keep doing what I'm doing, everything was looking great.

This product seems to be in the form that is easier for older people to absorb and only one softgel is needed per day. Other brands required 2-3 capsules per day.
