I've long been a serious advocate that nutritional supplementation, with daily utilization of both essential vitamins and minerals, represents an important benchmark for securing and maintaining one's health. I'm a staunch advocate that with today's predominance of processed foods, being devoid of reasonable nutritional value, one simply cannot gain optimal daily nutritional intake through just ingesting food. As a mature-age citizen, who remains in vibrant health and maintains his career while closing in on 80, I've found that "Qunol's Mega CoQ10 with UBIQUINOL -- remaining as its active form of CoQ10 -- represents a superior product because the UBIQUINOL ingredient has already been formulated in its direct absorption form and does not need to go through further transference within one's body after swallowing each capsule. It's with this specific product's formulation, coupled with its reasonable price point, that I remain a very satisfied user of this well formulated product.

We have used these for years, but something changed with the latest batches. The seal on the bottle is different, and the capsules are sticking together and developing blisters. I put extra desiccant packets in the bottle, but the problems persist. Maybe it's OK to take the capsules with the blisters, but we don't trust them. I really hope the company can correct the problem because we'd like to continue to use these. If the problem persists, we'll have to look for another brand.

I have never had a side effect from Ubiquinol, and I take it every day. I don't have to worry that I will have headaches, difficulty sleeping, vomiting, constipation, or any other of the negative side effects of statins. Ubinquinol is the COQ10 for the over-60 crowd, and I wouldn't start my day without it!

Since supplements are essentially unregulated, one has to rely on 1) whatever clinical data or rationales for taking the supplement are available and 2) the reputation of the manufacturer. Qunol's CoQ-10 seems to be positive in both regards.

What is the proof of taking a vitamin everyday and knowing that it has been effective an effective vitamin. I feel no different than I did 2 years ago. Is this only "faith" related. How is anyone supposed to figure that out?

I spend an hour in cold water before I made it to shore. Hyperthermia set in and I had a dissection of the internal carotid artery when thrown out of the boat. . Doctors said at my age of 75 the only thing that save me was my great heart health.

We found that Qunol is an excellent product and the price point is very competitive! We have been taking this form for 10 years or more and we've been taking the Qunol brand for the past 5.
