I started to read about COQ10 after my mom told me about it helping her and she insisted on only this Qunol brand. Mom was well into her 70's and I tried it. I truly was amazed that I no longer needed naps, I felt a real energy that lasted all day for me. I didn't like the gitters coffee gave me when I was tired and needed to wake up. Qunol doesn't do this to me but I feel awake and alert. Now I'm like mom. I only buy Qunol because I know it really does work for me. It's a life saver for me. Mom really does know best!

I bought the 100 mg size because the 300mg size I bought last week was too big to swallow. Now that I have opened my bottle and see the 100 mg size is almost the same huge size! And when I checked the ingredients I see that you add palm oil which not only makes the size huge but adds to the serious problem of deforestation! My husband loves your liquid Qunol and I see that there is no palm oil in that product. I wish you would leave it out of your pills too. I will sadly be returning my bottle. Let me know when you make an appropriate sized 100mg
