My cardiologist told me do not let this LDL too low since your brain cells need it (LDL). I reduce my Statin from 20Mg to 10Mg.

I was unaware that Statins reduce the natural production of COQ10 in the body and that the heart muscle needs this for energy. I started taking Qunol COQ10 about 5 years ago. After beginning to take 1 Qunol COQ10 pill every morning, I began to notice my energy level coming back after about 2 weeks on the Qunol COQ10 and a complete return to my pre-statin energy levels after that.
