I was looking for a high quality product. I did my research and find this to have no added ingredients such as soy, dairy , fish, egg, etc. . I was not looking for something to boost my energy level as I already have enough of that, however, this could also be a contributor. I would highly recommend this product esp. if you have allergies to those ingredients that I mentioned.

Apparently a side effect of cholesterol medication, the pain was 'cured' by Co Q 10. Two 100 mg tablets a night have enormous health benefits. I highly endorse this product!!

I never felt any better taking it. I would not be against it, but cannot bring myself to recommend it. Guess I would not win a price for such a comment.

Would give 5 stars if I could figure out if it is just the Qunol or other positive changes I have made in diet/supplements and exercise. Definitely worth a try!

My blood pressure has decreased to well below standard levels, it gives me more energy, and has also helped lower my cholesterol dramatically. It was recommended to me by my nurse practitioner because I also take a statin for high cholesterol. She said that it could help with the muscle aches that sometimes happen when on a statin. It is an important part of my cardio protective regimen.

Flaxseeed oil is an omega-3, but it's also a phytoestrogen that reduces testosterone. Also, I'm taking PQQ with this to get more energy to the mitochondria.
