[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I take a statin and must take CO-Q10 or I will get muscle cramps. I was taking Qunol but switched to a lower cost brand. I starting waking in the middle of the night with muscle cramps. I realized it was the switch and went back to Qunol. The cramps cleared up within a few days. I will never use any other brand, Qunol is definitely high quality and worth the slightly higher price. I wish they made a 200mg, I have to take two and it would be good to have 200mg in one pill.

When i tried Qunol tablets for just a few months I found that I was having fewer digestive issues. Not sure if it is all related to my switch to Qunol, but my cardiologist highly recommends this for the better absorbtion rate.
