It is not obvious to me if they help but I keep taking them. I have had no ill effects from taking Ubiquinol.

While I've not noticed any major differences, I will continue to take Mega CoQ10 as I assume I will see greater improvements over time.

I just added to my daily routine the Qunol Turmeric & Qunol Immune Support plus Antioxidants. I am sticking with the Qunol brand as I have confidence in the product and have had no negative reactions.
