I read about the Qunol ubiquinol form having supieror absorption. I have trouble being able to absorb certain fat soluable vitamins so this was a wonderful pill. It absorbs in water or with fat! I will never be without this stuff. It helps my heart palpitations and also my gums ! No negative side effects ! I would highly recommended this !

In my late 60s,I feel that it's extremely important to take CoQ10 daily . I discovered that Qunol CoQ10 is the best,as it's both fat soluble and water soluble.CoQ10 is much too important for our health to mess around with other brands and other forms.It's as simple as that.

I can feel it being assimilated throughout by body, right after taking with a glass of water.
