Well don't be intimidated by the size of this capsule. They may look big but they are a smooth gelatin that glide right down the throat. I have a sensitive gag reflex but these capsules have never given me a bit of trouble. They are actually very easy to swallow. I wish all my medications went down this quickly and easily.

I was suffering from severe leg and foot cramps many nights in bed even though I drank plenty of water and took daily walks. My Cardiologist recommended that I up my intake of CoQ10, that it would help reduce the cramps. I take a statin that is believed to contribute toward them. He said that Qunol Ultra CoQ10is the one he takes and for me to give it a shot. I have been taking two a day and the difference is amazing! Leg and foot cramps are gone.
