It is easy to use with one pill as a daily dose, and it has great absorption with no aftertaste. Since I have been using it my EF, am important measure of heart function, has improved into the normal range! Fantastic product.

In the first nine months my bad cholesterol dropped 45 points. I monitor my heart and blood stats regularly and every measurement is within range and I am quite healthy. I'm in my mid 70's and don't need any prescription drugs.

When I tried another CoQ10 that was a tiny less expensive I felt the results and it showed in my tests. I started having severe cramps in the back of my thigh and calf particularly in the summer after perspiring. I drink plenty of water and get enough potassium. After starting Qunol my incidence of leg cramps decreased markedly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been on satins for almost 20 years and have taken a qunol CoQ10 product everyday and have never had any symptoms of CoQ10 deficiency. A couple of years ago I switch to the Ubiquinol version and even more satisfied. I know that one 100 mg capsule provides the same amount of usable CoQ10 to my system as 300 or 400 mg of some other brand CoQ10.
