I started taking the Quinol and am now taking the statin every other day now. My cholesterol has been lowered, my LDL is lower but my good cholesterol is higher. I attribute this to the Quinol I am on. Before Quinol, there had been no change in my HDL. I have blood labs done every three months.

Since I get frequent migraines I decided to give it a try. Within a couple of weeks, I began to notice fewer migraines. I'm on my second bottle and don't see any reason to stop taking it.

I know at 81 my body does not make much natural coQ10 so I supplement that deficiency hoping to be around as long as possible for grand & great grand children. I take 100 mg capsules, easy to take or travel with. I think Qunol is the standard of excellence in all their products and when bought in the larger size are affordable. I do shop around to obtain the best price per capsule.. Expiration on last bottle is 6/2024 so product is very fresh.
