I recently had a medical episode which after research I discovered can be attributed to taking the statin and reduced heart muscle function due to depleted COQ10. I am taking the COQ10 (Ubiquinol) both as a preventative to future issues and hopefully as a reconstructive catalyst from the effects of the statin drug.

My Cardiologist suggested that I start taking Ubiquinol to replace the fist oil supplement that I had taken for years. I take one capsule every day. I take other medications and i can be assured that it will dissolve and get into my blood stream helping with my heart health quickly. It does not interfere with my other meds.
